- Travelers MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT
- Call-Ins: If a traveler calls in, must make up the day or shift added at the end of contract

- Travelers may be expected to float to different units within the hospital

- $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
- Travelers with permanent residence in Indiana offered $15 below current bill rate
