Job Details
• IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
• Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
• Position / Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Cardiology
• Hours: 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) w/ Rotating Day Off - or - 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)
• Ratios: 1:4
• Years of experience REQ: 1 yr
• First timers accepted: Yes.
• Is on-call REQ? Yes.
• Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes.
• Locals accepted: What is the local radius rule? Travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility
• Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
• RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
• Special Requirements: Exercise Echocardiogram, Dobutamine Exercise Echocardiogram, Transesophageal Echocardiogram, Cardioversion, Nuclear Medicine Stress Test (Lexiscan), Cardiac Testing and/or TEE experience
• Unit Information: Will consider Cardiac ICU/PCU experience.
