Job Details
• Position / Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Cardiology
• Hours: 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) w/ Rotating Day Off - or - 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)
• Ratios: 1:4
• Years of experience REQ: 1 yr
• First timers accepted: Yes
• Is on-call REQ? Yes
• Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek

Job Requirements
• 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Indiana State License must be in hand prior to start
• Must work 2/3 major holidays

Schedule Information
• 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) with Rotating Day Off or 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)
• On-call requirement: Yes
• Guaranteed Hours: Varies by shift length, ranging from 36 to 48 hours per workweek

Unit Specific Information
• Unit Information: Cardiac ICU/PCU experience considered
• Special Requirements: Echocardiogram experience, Cardioversion experience, Nuclear Medicine Stress Test (Lexiscan) experience
• Exercise Echocardiogram
• Dobutamine Exercise Echocardiogram
• Transesophageal Echocardiogram
• Nuclear Medicine Stress Test (Lexiscan)
• Cardiac Testing and/or TEE experience
