• Pre-Screening Question: Does this candidate have experience with Collodion/glue EEG hook-up?
• Clinicians must be okay with working 5 x 8 days during their first week or two for training
• Clinicians must be okay with all patient populations and floating between Riley (peds hospital) and Methodist if asked
• Types of Cases: Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, sEEG, Neurotelemetry, Ictal SPECT, routine EEG, Trauma, Critical Care
• First timers accepted: Yes, if all other requirements are met
• Weekend REQ: Every Saturday
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek
• Special Requirements: Collodion/glue EEG hook-up

Additional Details
• Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - AHA ONLY! RQI is acceptable.
• BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA ONLY! Required for all travelers. RQI is acceptable.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - AHA ONLY! Required for all travelers. RQI is acceptable.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure - Only AHA NRP is accepted.
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring - Require as applicable. Must be ran within 30 days of the start date.
• Competency Exam - Unit competency exam required.
• Photo for Badge required asap. Must be professional looking, straight face on to camera, head and shoulders on plain light colored background.
• Look of Assurance packet must be sent to all travelers for review and initial via DocuSign prior to start.
