Ideal staffing is 5 nurses, 3 techs, 5 patients for nurse. Can occasionally be 4 nurses, 3 techs, 3 nurses have 6 patients, and one nurse may have increased ratios this is rotated between the nurses to help with burnout
Cardiac experience is NOT required. Any MS/Tele experience is sufficient
Block scheduling available; not guaranteed; however, if a nurse comes onto the unit in the middle of a scheduling period, they will be plugged into holes. Next scheduling period is when they can have block schedule

Preferred Skills: Use of Rapid Response Skills, Colostomy care, Feeding tube care and management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Surgical Drains, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac
Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby as needed
