Pricing Manager
The Pricing Manager is responsible for executing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. This role requires close collaboration with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and company policy. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role is crucial for driving business profitability and market success through strategic pricing decisions. The Pricing Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to align pricing strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Analyze pricing data and trends to identify opportunities and maintain pricing accuracy.
- Review client documentation and mine it for valuable insights.
- Ensure all submitted bids are compliant with ISS policy.
- Manage multiple projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
- Contribute business improvement/efficiency ideas and initiatives.
- Support client negotiations, presentations, and internal governance processes.
- Deliver wider commercial projects within the commercial function.
- Prepare and present pricing reports to the Senior Director of Pricing.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the integrated facilities industries, or similar outsourcing industry.
- Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, moderate experience with the remainder of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work remotely. Some travel required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work involves repetitive motions and sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- General office environment, some travel both domestically and internationally required based on business demands
- Must be able to lift at least fifty pounds

The annual salary range for this position is $110000 per year - $130000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
