Staff Accountant, Corporate Accounting

What You Will Get To Do:

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Assist with monthly expense analyses and upload large volume journal entries for the team
• Support Accounting team with various ad-hoc analyses and management reporting
• Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations for all of the Company's global bank accounts
• Manage and reconcile ad hoc bank transactions on a daily basis
• Assist with monthly prepaid and deferred rent entries and reconciliations
• Own the proper scheduling of all prepaid supplier invoice transactions
• Other ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed
• Participate in the quarterly financial statement reviews, year-end audit, and statutory audits

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Experience with Workday or other SaaS-based systems a plus
• Innovative self-starter capable of working independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Analytical with well-developed problem-solving skills
