Sales Associate Sales Program Manager

This role is a assignment for aspiring “Sales Managers/Managers in Training” designed to prepare you for the role of Sales Manager. You will acquire and implement many of the key Sales Management skills and experiences that are necessary in becoming an effective leader. You will be assigned to a mentor/coach as a supplemental resource to help progress you through the assignment. Successful completion of the assignment qualifies you to be promoted to Sales Manager. You will report into the Global Account Management & Inside Sales organization.

What You Will Get To Do:
Owns, executes, measures, and enhances the Sales Associate program
Builds a strong team culture focused on accountability & execution
Recruits, hires, and onboards new SA's
Partners with Sales Management to design Sales coverage and identify business development opportunities for SA's to apply their newly acquired skills
Works closely with the Sales Enablement team to train the necessary Sales skills
Acts as lead sales coach to develop and assess sales skills
Smoothly integrates existing SA's into the new program
Creates, enhances, and manages (IE- guides, e-learning, assessments etc.) materials that support required skills development
Oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the team
Successfully progresses SA's through each phase of the program
Utilizes various sales tools such as Gong to assess the progression and performance of SA's
Works closely with the leadership to create a scalable system to measure and track progress of the program
Upon program graduation, helps to identify Sales career path options for cadets/participants, inputs cadets into the slate plan, and works with hiring managers to match cadets to the best roles for each individual and team
What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 2-3 years of Sales selling experience at SS&C Intralinks
Served as a Sales mentor or coach to others
Innate passion for developing others and helping people succeed
Exceptional Sales acumen
Strong operational discipline
Comfortable and experienced managing multiple priorities at one time
Process oriented
Excellent communicator
Uses data to drive decision making
Positive attitude that gets works done and motivates others to do the same
Track record of facilitating cross functional teamwork
Basic level experience designing and executing projects
Highly skilled in SFDC
