The role

We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help fuel our rapid expansion in EMEA. In this high-impact role, you'll be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for our Alts and Banking lines of business. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing (EMEA), you'll work on an agile B2B growth marketing team tapping into your creative and strategic marketing skills as well as your analytical skills to execute multi-channel acquisition and retention marketing aimed at aggressive performance targets.

What you'll do

  • Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
    • Craft and implement integrated marketing programmes that align with the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion
    • Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound tactics, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events
    • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve shared goals
  • Drive Pipeline Growth and Sales Acceleration:
    • Generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles through data-driven marketing campaigns
    • Utilise MarTech data and analytics tools to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI
    • Work with GM Director on ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Local Market Expertise:
    • Identify and execute localised marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive demand in specific regions
    • Work closely with regional teams to tailor messaging and content to local audiences
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Experiment with new tools and tactics to improve conversion
    • Partner with key industry organisations to build strategic relationships
  • Measure and Optimise:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise future efforts.
    • Regularly report on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

  • You excel at aligning tactical plans with strategic goals
  • You collaborate effectively with key sales and internal marketing stakeholders to achieve outstanding business results
  • You have an excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
  • You have strong organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and a high level of creativity
  • You are a self-starter and a creative problem solver
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • You are inquisitive and innovative, with a "test and learn" mentality and a drive to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth
  • You are proficient in multiple languages (Spanish, German, French)
