Tank Inspection Manager - Houston area
Intertek is searching for a Tank Inspection Manager to join our Industry Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Inspection for a well-qualified candidate. This is position will be working with a variety of clients, based from our Houston, TX location.
What are we looking for?
The Tank Inspection Manager will be responsible for coordination and scheduling of tank inspections services and ensuring that final reports are delivered to client in a timely manner.
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:
• Organize and assign business projects.
• Meet with clients to perform assessments.
• Support recruitment of new hires.
• Support promotional campaigns.

What is takes to be successful in this role:
- Current API 653 Tank Inspection certification required; additional certifications a plus
- Minimum 5 years API inspection experience (required)
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Valid TWIC card (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record (required)
- Maintain open lines of communication with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability to provide clear and technical guidance to other technicians and subcontractors (preferred)
- Ability to solve technical issues in the field.
