As a Complex Hip and Knee Orthopedic Surgeon part of the Musculoskeletal team at Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. The Musculoskeletal team at Utah Valley Hospital has 23 providers: 14 physicians and 9 APPs. Fellow physicians specialize in general orthopedics, orthopedic sports medicine, hand & elbow, foot & ankle, hip preservation, orthopedic trauma, and non-surgical sports medicine. In this role you can expect to see lower extremity adult reconstruction patients, including complex revisions, infections, and periprosthetic fractures.
- This position includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- You will practice at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah
- You can anticipate 2-3 days per week in clinic and 2 days per week in the OR
- Sub-Specialty call to support Orthopedic Trauma Program; you may be asked to participate in call, but commitment varies by facility and need. Compensation offered for call requirement.

What you'll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ACGME accredited residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
- ABMS board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
