Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor to join our fast-paced Saville Screening and Prevention Center. This is a full-time position, and the schedule is 5x8 or 4x10 hr shifts M-F.
The Saville Screening and Prevention Center is a state-of-the-art Center with 4 Procedural Suites and 12 Pre-op/PACU Beds. Screenings completed at the center include EGDs, Colonoscopies, Bronchoscopies, Thoracentesis, Robotic EBUS, and Cytoscopies.
The Center's staff does not work nights, weekends, holidays, or take call. There is free on-site parking and scrubs are provided.

Job Requirements:
- One year of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse in the OR or PACU or Critical Care (ICU/ED) is required
- Leadership/supervisory experience is highly desired
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or ADN within one year of BSN completion
- RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is required from AHA
- Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one year from date of hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
