- Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella.

- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.
- Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.
- Ascension Specialty Exam completion required.

- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
