- Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver's license must match the home state for the compact license. Other documents do not meet the requirement for primary residency.
- Qualifying reference(s) completed prior to first assignment. At least two professional references
- Additional Details
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
- Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
- Copy of the physical license is not required.
- Nursing only: Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
- Education needs to be validated at the source level in accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed by the Third-Party.
