Description
The Technical Business Analyst - Integration will be responsible for all functional activities needed to implement and support new warehouse fulfillment and logistics clients. This position is located in the Johns Creek area of North Atlanta. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Technical Business Analyst – Integration Responsibilities include: * Participate in application support activities, including interaction with end users, troubleshooting, and correcting issues, and reporting to management. * Proactively gather, analyze, and document requirements for data mapping, workflows, and logical processes interfacing with client systems * Lead, coordinate, and administer key processes including the receipt, compliance, translation, and performance of all B2B/A2A (X12/XML/JSON/Flat File/Database based) transactions. * Create, develop, and maintain partner related documentation, communication, and materials in partnership with appropriate ID Logistics business stakeholders. * Develop and coordinate work with 3rd party vendors to create maps and business processes to support new and enhanced business requirements. * Assist the business team with establishing a scope of work to be completed. * Participate in release planning and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC as it pertains to integration related deliverables. * Perform Gap Analysis; assess feasibility and impact of modifying integrations. * Develop and maintain integration team training materials and systems documentation. * Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team. * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
