Description

As a Senior Engineer, Systems and Analytics, you’ll be responsible for delivering analytics and solutions via cutting edge technology and making strategic recommendations for how systems and people can work more efficiently. You’ll also drive industry-changing complex analysis and applications for a company dedicated to reinventing the co-pack industry. Roles & Responsibilities: * Conduct meetings with Clients and vendors to gather the requirements and understand the scope. * Conduct meetings with internal stake holders to walk them through the solution and handover the analysis. * Define business problems, identify solutions, provide analysis and insights from the production and client data. * Conduct progress reviews on all projects and interact with site engineering and leadership teams. * Work with Information technology team to Identify suitable platform for ETL and data warehousing platforms. * Assisting in co-ordination with software development team to develop ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes/pipelines. * Design and implement data models. * Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI * Lead developing KPI dashboards for day to operations and leadership teams. * Support any ad-hoc reporting requests. * Provide end-user training and technical assistance to maximize utilization of tools. * Lead new initiatives related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) * Lead new initiatives related to industry simulation software (Manufacturing/warehousing) * Support outside vendor solution/initiatives related to Machine learning or Artificial intelligence related to warehousing or co-packing industry. Compensation: $125,000-$155,000 per year Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision within 30 days of employment (Options available) * 401K with matching program STD, LTD * Vacation and sick time * Friendly and Open Door culture #BG #IND123 * Bachelor’s/master’s degree in industrial, systems, Data Analytics, software Engineering or related technical fields. * 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Systems engineering, Supply Chain and logistics or related industry. * Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. * Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload. * Working knowledge of SQL, Python, MS Excel, and any ETL tools. * Experience with a data visualization tool like Tableau or Power BI. * At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in a data and analytics domain with proficient SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data * Experience delivering end-to-end data-driven projects: taking them from vague requirements to an impactful story, accessible across diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome. * Ability to build strong working relationships with teammates, business partners, and technical colleagues. * This position could require travel about 25% -50% * This position could have up to 1-5 direct reports.
