Position Overview: At ID Logistics, our Engineering Internship program offers an exceptional opportunity for students to transform academic knowledge into real-world, impactful solutions within the supply chain industry. This dynamic program is designed to broaden your understanding through hands-on projects, strategic problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Innovate & Analyze: Support strategic business initiatives through idea generation, data analysis, and process improvements. * Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside our operations management team, contributing to projects that enhance operations, quality, inventory, safety, packaging, planning, and maintenance. * Engage in Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in operational observations, process mapping, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and work instruction creation while collaborating with various departments and external vendors. * Ensure Excellence: Uphold corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. * Showcase Your Work: Present your project outcomes to management, highlighting your contributions and the innovative solutions you've developed. Work Location: This role is an on-site role based in Kennesaw or the Atlanta Metro area Work Schedule: First Shift - Part time within Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Work Travel: 0% domestic travel. Compensation: Attractive hourly salary of $17-$20/hour for undergrad students, with potential for higher compensation based on graduate status and experience. Minimum Requirements: * Candidates must be a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree * Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better * Must have at least one prior internship in a similar industry Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline * Enrolled in an Engineering graduate program * Experience in logistics, manufacturing or a similar industry Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
