Certification Details
• AHA ONLY! Required for all RNs. Not required for Cath Lab Tech.
• AHA ONLY! Required for ALL travelers including Cath Lab Tech, LTC, & Rehab Not required for Ambulatory Care, Dieticians, Histology Techs, and MLTs
• AHA only Required for Maternity and Family Services, ED/ER, Cardiac LLC Cath, PACU. Preferred but not required for Critical Care Not required for Cath Lab Tech
• AAP/AHA required for Maternity and Family
• Required for Critical Care
• TNCC preferred, but not required for ER.
• CL - please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN)
• Histology Techs – national certification is preferred, but not required
• MLT/MLS – national certification required
• For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required
• For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
• Primary Source Verification required RNs must have an active single state or compact license with no board action.
• CL - please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA when Qualifying all Allied Professionals (anything non-RN, LPN)
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
• CPI certification required for Behavioral Health/Psych
