Holyoke Medical Center is an independent community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Pioneer Valley for over 125 years.# We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient-centered care.#Our Hematology/Oncology#Practice#is#seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN)/ and/or Physician Assistant (PA)#to assist physicians with patients in an#out-patient hematology/oncology practice. #DUTIES:# Oncology APPs will participate in triage and manage a range of outpatient cancer and hematology care, including urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment evaluations, follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care. REQUIREMENTS:# Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.#Experience in oncology as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
