he Emergency Department Nurse Manager works alongside the Director of Emergency Services in conjunction with our Nursing Clinical coordinator team in assisting with the day to day operations.# The incumbent will be responsible for daily operations including oversight of the schedule, payroll, daily operations, meeting regulatory and quality goals.# The candidate will also help monitoring to ensure adequate resources for patient care needs, meeting team goals, performance management, recruitment and retention efforts, supporting the needs of the entire department team with regards to direct clinical support, day to day, ensuring team quality, safety, value, and patient experience metrics are met.# Will also be responsible to manage the delivery of safe and effective nursing care on the unit.# Education/Experience: #MSN preferred, BSN in matriculation considered,# #Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Emergency Department.##5-7 years ED nursing experience, 3 years ED leadership experience. # We offer a competitive salary # benefit package, including: low cost health insurance with no deductibles when using HMC services dental and vision insurance free disability and life insurance generous time off policy 403(b) plan Up to $7000 in degree/tuition reimbursement free onsite parking Legal Plan Pet Insurance
