Duties include specimen testing as well as specimen processing and clerical duties. REQUIREMENTS:#MT/MLS or MLT certification or eligibility based on an accredited program that includes knowledge of Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Blood Bank. PREFERRED: Working experience as a Generalist in all four Clinical Lab Depts. Applicants must have: A passion for caring about a community through quality work in a stand-alone hospital lab. A drive for learning new practices to be able to adapt to our rapidly growing test menu. Attention to detail a must. A willingness to offer new ideas to the team to help with our culture of continuous improvement. The ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
