Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to work as a Full-Time Parts Coordinator in our truck maintenance department within the Transportation Department. The job duties and responsibilities of this position may vary according to the needs of the department.   

Work Schedule:  

• Sunday thru Thursday
• 7:30am To 4:00pm
• $19.50 per hour

• Daily ordering diesel engine parts
• Interacting with parts vendors and outside salesmen
• Restocking, organizing & straightening parts room shelves
• Assist with parts inventory semi-annually
• Receive invoices into system
• Data entry of parts into computer inventory 
• Labeling parts and shelves as needed
• Updating & maintaining spread sheets and paper files 
• Must be willing to train, understand, and implement our philosophy in decision making
• Flexibility in working different hours will be necessary if the need arises

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Previous parts experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of diesel engine parts
• Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized 
• Maintain confidentiality 
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize work 
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions, regulations and memos
• Strong problem solving skills & basic math skills
