Description

Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation searching for a resourceful, talented, and motivated individual to fill our current Loss Prevention Investigative Assistant position.

The position is located in our Corporate Headquarters offices at SW 44th and Council, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour week.  No relocation assistance is offered with this position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining department database
  • Assisting with investigations of known or suspected fraud or theft
  • Communicating with law enforcement and stores via e-mail and telephone
  • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Compilation of data and preparation of reports on security related incidents and investigations
  • Reviewing store security video footage
  • Providing support to stores
  • Conducting limited research
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Ability to efficiently assess and prioritize an ever-changing, deadline-oriented workload
  • Ability to be an effective team player in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • PC proficient with a minimum of 50 wpm typing and the ability to master multiple software programs with high accuracy and precision
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word and Excel Required
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar or relatable office experience 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Positive attitude and high level of integrity 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Must be dependable with reliable transportation
