Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a candidate who displays a professional demeanor, enjoys a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through email.

This is a full time, hourly position located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Functions:
- Provide quality support while corresponding with customers through various channels, such as phone and email
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and promptly respond to customer inquires
- Document an accurate narrative for customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Capable of effective time-management to prioritize customer emails, calls, and voicemail messages
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple matters simultaneously
- Able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Active listening and interpersonal skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Self-motivated and task oriented
- Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
