Hobby Lobby Corporate is hiring an Agile Development Coordinator to join our dynamic, collaborative team!
We are looking for a driven self-starter with outstanding communication skills, strong project management experience, and a passion for solving problems while serving with humility. In this position you will spearhead feature development for the Art/Creative Department's in-house project management app by partnering with leadership and advocating for the needs of users, including graphic designers, set stylists, photo editors, writers, and more. You will own the development and update process by taking charge of communication, exhibiting sound judgement, and ensuring progress on each project remains aligned with our needs and vision.

What you will do:
- Work closely with leadership to strengthen a cooperative culture of partnering with our team and developers
- Guide our team through the iterative process of development to ensure that solutions fit into the big-picture vision
- Anticipate and communicate potential obstacles, analyze root causes, and triage resolutions both preemptively and as issues arise
- Forge, maintain, and grow exceptional working relationships across the Department and the Company
- Effectively and positively provide direction and feedback to team members throughout the app development lifecycle
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skills
- Proficient with Mac and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience or knowledge of coding and/or database management is helpful, but not required
