Description

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc, a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill an administrative position in Carmel, IN. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Regional Vice President.

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position.
Starting full-time wage - $20.00 - $21.00 per hour


Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining calendars 
  • Scheduling meetings and travel 
  • Maintaining files 
  • Compiling data 
  • Creating spread sheets and reports
  • Other various tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to make charts and graphs
  • Excellent written and verbal skills 
  • Strong 10-key 
  • Must be detail oriented and organized 
  • Maintain confidentiality 
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Available for occasional travel
