Job Details
• Option for 16 week contract. Must be disclosed prior to submittal
• AUTO OFFER
• Every other holiday
• Cleveland Clinic- Hillcrest Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN
• Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
• Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in MS/Tele applying for prior to travel
• Must have 18 months recent MS/Tele experience
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA BLS & ACLS required
