Certification Details
• AHA BLS & ACLS required
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation
• AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable

Job Details
• Option for 16 week contract. Must be disclosed prior to submittal
• Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Cleveland Clinic- Hillcrest Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN
• Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
• Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in MS/Tele applying for prior to travel
• Must have 18 months recent MS/Tele experience
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA BLS & ACLS required
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

Job Requirements
• Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or a compact state license in hand

Schedule Information
• Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment
• Silkroad/Onboarding/Modules – Facility will send onboarding email which gives candidates access to silkroad for onboarding & modules
• Modules must be completed prior to clearance to start; Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time
• Candidates must complete all modules prior to clearance to start
• Cleveland Clinic OH Nursing - SafeMedicate Prep Materials; Send to candidate for review in preparation of P/F exam that will be completed during orientation
