Manager Medical Technology

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager Medical Technology to fill an opening with a hospital in Homestead, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Manager Medical Technology:

• Oversees, plans, and directs all activities within assigned areas of responsibility
• Formulates, interprets, and implements departmental policies for daily operations
• Develops and manages operational and capital budgets annually
• Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Required Qualifications for Manager Medical Technology:

• Bachelor‘s Degree
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license
• One year of supervisory experience
• Minimum five years' experience in laboratory with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice
• Proficient in PC and LIS applications

Preferred Qualifications for Manager Medical Technology:

• MBA or other advanced healthcare management degree
• ASCP or equivalent
