This position is responsible for enterprise-wide Workforce Planning efforts and Workforce Insights will partner with business leaders to provide insights on supply and demand analytics, gap analysis and other workforce planning duties. Partner closely with People Analytics team members to ensure workforce planning models & analytics are updated as required. This position will collaborate closely with Finance and People Analytics to consult and provide actionable insights to HRBPs, Business Leaders, HR COEs including TA, Comp, DEI, and OD/OE.

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • BS degree in I/O Psych, Economics, Business, HR or relevant field and 5 years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, workforce planning, and/or recruiting OR 9 years experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, workforce planning, and/or recruiting
  • Experience with workforce analytics, process development and improvement, and operational design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Talent Suite including Excel, Office, and PowerPoint and HR systems.
  • Teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to present to the business and management.
  • Experience preparing executive level reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • People Analytics Certification or Workforce Planning Certification.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
