Summary: This position is responsible for working along with the analyst team in creating reports, insights and analytics in support of provider division and creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs while providing consultation to users and leading cross functional teams to address the divisions issues. Producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools as well as performing research and assisting in analyzing data related to the divisions strategic initiatives and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division's data in order to meet business needs. Interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools, analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, to provide insight to decision makers, information which will be actionable within the business environment. This person will work closely with customers to build relationships and identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 6 years experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
- Leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.
- Experience with functional teams or projects.
- Knowledge of division, business processes and customers.
- Experience solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
- Lead projects and junior analyst.
- Take initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside in perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Work with both internal and external data.
- Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
- Interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.
- Experience importing and manipulating data sets from multiple sources/environments - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Experience in health care analytics and working with large data sets, especially in the provider space.
- Health Care, Managed Care, or Health Care Consulting experience.
- Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office software products.
- Demonstrated flexibility to take on multiple projects.

Compensation: $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
