This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the day-to-day operations for the Producer Service Center inquiry team located in Oklahoma City and will be responsible for the daily staffing of the team to cover inbound Producer phone calls and Producer email inventory related to doing business with HCSC for all lines of business. This position is also responsible for performance reviews, pay administration as well as developing and maintaining processes and procedures and handling escalated inquiries from producers, internal customers, and management.Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree and 4 years sales and marketing, managed care, or finance experience OR 8 years sales and marketing, managed care, or finance experience.
* Leadership skills.
*Project management experience.
*Analytical skills.
*Customer Service oriented.
*PC proficiency including Word, Excel and databases.
*Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Knowledge of healthcare industry
*Experience in developing, leading and motivating employees
*Previous Inbound Phone Supervisory experience
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
