This position is responsible for supervising and leading staff accountable for Broker Sales compliance monitoring, training, support and servicing of new and existing broker accounts for the Individual and Family Markets (IFM) at HCSC. This leader will support and assist their staff in executing the broker monitoring and compliance program, training external brokers on the monitoring and compliance program, answering and responding to broker pre-sales requests and questions, assisting in the enrollment process, researching and resolving account issues, and any other responsibilities needed that support the IFM brokers. . This position is responsible for supervisory duties including but not limited to: hiring, performance reviews, goal setting, talent management and training.Required Job Qualifications:
* 5 years sales/marketing experience
* Leadership skills to supervise team and work across departments
* Knowledge of Individual Health Insurance Marketplace Exchange (Affordable Care Act) health products
* Analytical skills including developing spreadsheets, reports and presentations
* PC proficiency and experience to include word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, and database systems.
* Written and verbal communications skills to interact with staff and management across divisions, assist customers or brokers, and manage and motivate staff
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Supervisory experience
* General agent license
* Telephone system experience
* Salesforce experience
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
