The HR Technology team at HCSC provides consultation on Workday and other HR system business processes and best practices for HR Center of Excellence Leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Delivery teams with a focus on the employee and manager experiences. We play an essential role in leveraging best in class technologies to drive HR's strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for a functional product area, vendor relationships, and partnering closely with HR Center of Excellence Leaders to prioritize and implement solutions within the Human Resources and Workday ecosystem.

NOTE:  This is a WFH role. Must be located within 250 miles of CHICAGO IL, or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR Associates Degree and 7 years of experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based Solutions OR 9 years of experience in HR, IT, or Cloud Based Solutions
  • Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers and execute deliverables as required
  • Experience in managing moderate to complex projects
  • Experience in Customer Consulting
  • Experience in cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS)
  • Experience in application design, configuration, stabilization and system performance
  • Experience in managing system change requests and configuration prioritization
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical documents
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical & creative thinking skills
  • Ability to execute & deliver on demands & priorities
  • Rapid prototyping

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years HRMS Systems, SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
  • Vendor Relationship experience
  • SCRUM/Agile methodology experience
  • Workday Certification
  • Experience utilizing Alteryx for data management, analysis, and updates
  • Experience utilizing IBM Blue Works Live or Visio Process Mapping
