This position is responsible for the fulfillment of authentication credentials and authorization entitlements for the enterprise; including account management, password configuration, non-person ID creation, help desk resolution and fulfillment of business customer access requests; utilizing technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with the knowledge of security practices and procedures; enforcing security policies and procedures, user log-on and authentication rules, , security auditing procedures. Create, modify, and delete security groups and attributes within multiple repositories. Create, modify, and delete network file shares. Adhere to all logging and processing requirements established by the security governance and internal auditing. Track day to day request and completes requests within established service level agreements. Resolve complex issues referred from help desk related to security access. Ability to provision access across multiple enterprise platforms and applications, including mainframe. Ability to cross train peers. Develop process documentation and procedures. Ability to assess and refine existing procedures and processes for continuous improvement. Develop metrics and analyze performance. Technical and problem solving skills. Lead and execute internal projects and initiatives. Understanding of IAM methodologies. Ability to work with the business and subscribe technologies to IAM services. Support and troubleshoot IAM platform technologies.

NOTE:  This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, WAUKEGAN,IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree and 4 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments. Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms.
* Knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
* Knowledge of IAM industry concepts and industry best practices.
* Build knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
* Solve a range of problems and perform break/fix responsibilities.
* Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
* Customer service skillset.
* Knowledge of network operating systems (e.g., Unix, Windows AD, eDirectory, SQL).
* Ability to work under tight deadlines. Time management skills, including organization, coordination of duties, and/or accomplishment of goals.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
