Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a proactive individual to join its Talent Sourcing team! This position is responsible for identifying and engaging passive talent with specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. The incumbent will be on the phone 85% of the time crafting and delivering innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and promote employer value proposition. This role will serve as a true business partner to the Talent Acquisition team by actively engaging with the talent market and external partners, building and nurturing diverse candidate pipelines, and sharing market insight data to help influence recruiting strategies. This role is hybrid/flex and REQUIRES in-office visibility three day per week, working from the other two. NOTE: relocation is not availability, sponsorship will NOT be offered ~

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years recruiting/sourcing experience OR 8 years' of direct sourcing/recruiting experience
  • Ability to build successful Boolean search strings to filter for qualified talent
  • Experience identifying and implementing crucial strategies and partnerships, such as professional associations, diversity recruitment events, community outreach programs, industry networking events, etc.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or CRM systems
  • Outstanding ability to build and maintain professional connections and cultivate positive relationships
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to conduct insightful candidate and recruitment analysis
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment 
  • Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment as well as researching and keeping up-to-date on market trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies in talent sourcing
  • Ability to support recruiters and hiring managers remotely

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Recruitment experience in staffing agency
  • Project management skills
