This position is responsible for providing business intelligence support for the enterprise portfolio; thought leadership to the identification and reporting of systematic enterprise portfolio performance imperatives such as delivery health, benefits, and lifetime cost. This position is also responsible for the preparation of models, trend analyses of enterprise portfolio performance and implications for the purposes of presenting to senior leaders and driving a deep understanding of the financial outcomes of the enterprise portfolio. This position will also demonstrate a deep understanding of industry concepts, including an understanding of the Company's specific practices, procedures, systems, and applications.Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree /Master's degree and 5 years of general industry experience or 2 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm.
- Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Growing knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; emerging experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
- Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Growing ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Growing ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight.
- Project Management: Developing experience managing complex problems with some oversight.
- Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Growing ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with leadership with some oversight.
- Communication Skills: Growing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels.
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of project portfolio management and project financial management.
- Solid financial acumen inclusive of benefit realization models
- Experience with business case development.
- Knowledge of Health insurance industry, with the ability to surface and resolve complex problems.
- Extensive skills in excel including use of common excel functions to enable manipulation and presentation of data.
- Ability to manually manage large data sets, organize, update, maintain and present sub-sets of data into consumable formats.
- Experience in simplifying key data points into presentations for senior and C-Suite leadership.
- Understanding and experience in utilizing data to build out storyboards and analytics to explain key issues to senior leadership.
- Able to apply deep expertise to produce ad-hoc datasets, reports and analysis using system reporting tools, business data and historical market knowledge.

Compensation: $90,900.00 - $164,200.00
