This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems. This position supports operations activities, supports projects and initiatives and resolve issues by working with staff within the department or across departments. This position involves understanding operations and processes to impact operations and provide solutions.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience
Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
Problem resolution skills.
Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Claims processing,
Experience with Facets
Experience with Texas Medicaid Regulatory Requirements
