This Is Responsible For Managing Staff To Effectively Deliver Multiple And Varied Organizational Effectiveness (Oe) Initiatives And Programs Including Strategic Organizational Change Management (Ocm), Team Effectiveness (Te) And/Or Organizational Design (Od) For Divisions And Subdivisions Of High-Level Complexity; Partnering With Large Divisions And/Or Multiple Divisions On Large-Scale Initiatives Of Key Strategic Significance To The Organization; Providing Consultative Oversight To Assigned Projects Which Requires Partnering With Leaders In Large Divisions/Or Multiple Divisions To Drive These Oe Initiatives; Contributing Significantly To The Development, Embedment And Roll-Out Of Ocm, Te And/Or Od Methodologies, Tools And Templates At An Enterprise Level; Evaluating And Diagnosing Current States; Identifying Needs To Enable Transformation Of Strategy, Structure, Systems, And Processes; Developing Future State Approaches; Facilitating Implementation; Supporting The Executing Of Organizational Effectiveness Plans; Providing Feedback To Measure The Effectiveness Of Results; And Leading, Coaching And Mentoring Direct Reports, Other Oe Team Members And / Or 3Rd Party Staff Resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years consulting experience in organizational design, operating model design, process design, process re-engineering, capability mapping and design, project management, or human resources.
  • Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
  • Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Project management skills to organize and guide initiatives to achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
  • Consultative skills and negotiation skills
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
  • Leadership/management experience

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry

This is a hybrid role offering up to 2 days a week WFH in our Chicago or Richardson, TX office.

Compensation: $97,600.00 - $176,300.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
