This position is responsible for supporting sales representatives or account management personnel in the prospecting, acquiring, or renewing business. Duties vary based on market and type of role supporting and may include any of the following: building relationships with customer representatives/brokers, researching, and coordinating the resolution of customer issues, preparing and analyzing reports, participating/leading enrollment meetings, gathering information for rfps, preparing or implementing new accounts or renewals, and travel to customer sites. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of related experience involving initiative and decision-making OR 5 years of related experience in a marketing service representative role OR 5 years of related experience in sales/marketing involving processing or coordination of services * State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations. * Organizational and decision-making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills. * Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
