JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting sales executives or account management executives in the prospecting, acquiring or renewing business and training/mentoring a minimum of 3 marketing service reps within the department. Support management including leading or participating in special projects/initiatives. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: *2 years of work experience as a health care management Marketing Service Representative OR 5 years of experience in combination of sales/marketing/health insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients. *Knowledge of group health products, comparing benefits, and implementation process. *Possess Life and Health State Health Insurance Licenses or obtain Life and Health State Health Insurance Licenses for the state of operations within 90 days of starting in role. *Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts. *Analytical and decision-making skills. *Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: *Associate or Bachelor's Degree. *Experience with sales databases.Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
