This position is responsible for support on intake of all projects. Responsible for review of business case initiation, review of documentation, assessment and assignment. Serves as a liaison for the enterprise and business demand to understand customer needs, project resources, manage daily proposal intake, and capability analysis,. Responsible for resource management engagement, communicating with leadership and collaborating with other impacted teams across the enterprise to ensure full assessment of projects are supported. This is a Hybrid/Flex position, working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR 7 years business and/or system analysis and/or reporting experience
- Knowledge of the use of technology to streamline processes
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organization and time management skills with experience working under pressure and adhering to deadlines
- Technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Health insurance industry experience
- Experience in working in a Proposal Department
