Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Conducting Research And Providing Responses To A Variety Of Written And Web Based Inquiries From Beneficiaries, Providers, Blues Plans And Etc.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma OR GED.
* 6 months customer service experience OR 6 months experience in an office environment
* Data entry and/or typing experience.
* Interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills and independent decision making skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Billing or insurance experience.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
* Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
Compensation: $17.75 - $27.83
