• Number of Staff: 115 FTEs
• Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 Charge RN, 8 RNs, 4 FAs, 6 CSTs, Night Shift - On call only from 7pm – 7am
• Patient Ratios: 1 patient at a time (in OR)
• Type of equipment: OR appropriate
• EMR: Meditech
• Skill Set Most recruited for: Must possess CST certification, Scrub experience, CV experience
• Preferred skills: Robotic Scrub experience, Orthopedic scrub experience
• Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Laparoscopic and ortho
• Personality Fit: Team player, get things done
