Provides case management services to Oncology patients at The Cancer Center with the goal of increasing the access to concrete services. Patients include adults 16-64 years old and geriatrics 65+ years.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in handling multiple tasks.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients and visitors.
- Lifts a minimum of 5 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 10 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
