Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Yuma, Arizona.

Certification Requirement: AZ license
Radius Rule: 100 miles
Available schedule : 36, 40, 48 Hours/Week
Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census).
Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.
Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell
Controlled Substance cabinet.
Is there a Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor on each shift?: One clinical manager on 5 days a week.
Shifts & Scheduling: Day and Evening need current day.
Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.
Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.
Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Business casual/white coat or Khaki scrubs

How many shifts of unit/department-specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
