Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients chf, diabetes, PNA, CKD, m/s tele. Experience or 'Must have' skills great communication and time management. BLS required. Common titratable &/or set rate drips. tele monitor techs monitor patients but RNs have to be able to read strips. Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge Nurse and House Supervisors and Nurse Educators available. Are there Nurse Aides on this unit/Ratios PCTs are present 12/1. RT/Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow) Cpap, Bipap, and high flow patients. Shifts & Scheduling 12 hour shifts scheduling is by manager, cannot guarantee block scheduling. Weekend Requirement every other weekend required. Holiday Requirement holidays are required. Floating Requirements will float to all med/surg units. Scrub Color/Dress Code Navy blue.
