Growth Marketing Manager (HR Title: Marketing Manager)

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing.

DESCRIPTION

The Growth Marketing Manager is a data-driven strategist responsible for optimizing Fusion Education Group's digital marketing efforts to drive inquiries and enrollments. This role is heavily analytical, focusing on performance measurement, conversion optimization, and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.

While day-to-day platform execution is managed by a digital agency, this role will own strategy, analysis, and performance oversight—ensuring marketing investments yield measurable results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paid search and social platforms and understands the levers that drive growth. They will analyze campaign data, provide insights, and work closely with the agency to refine targeting and media allocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive inquiries and enrollments, working closely with an external agency to optimize performance.
  • Analyze marketing data across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms, identifying trends and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuously audit our ad platforms, providing questions and strategy suggestions to our digital agency
  • Build forecasting models to predict lead volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) across channels.
  • Partner with data analyst to enhance marketing data pipelines, ensure data cleanliness, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with data analyst to design and execute incrementality testing, lift studies, and other experiments to measure the true impact of marketing efforts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft BI, etc.).
  • Proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing external agencies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience segmentation, and digital attribution models.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and track spend efficiency.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $100,000 USD / Annually
