Position Summary:

Lead impactful training programs and initiatives in support of our goal of sustaining high performing teams at FOX Factory.  Oversee training teams and collaborate with other functions to continuously provide, improve, execute, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives to champion both individual and organizational sustained growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Map out training plans
  • Schedule and assign trainers and location/materials
  • Market available training opportunities to employees
  • Prepare and order educational aids and materials, including both hardware and software
  • Gather feedback from trainers and attendees after each session
  • Analyze and organize that feedback into actionable data
  • Maintain curriculum and learning management databases
  • Host online training sessions

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Familiarity with various training methods, instructors, equipment and training materials
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and web-based training delivery tools
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teams

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college/technical school preferred

Experience: 

2+ years of work experience in a corporate training environment required

Expertise in adult learning and instructional design a plus

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
