To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire System Administrator -IT who is based out of in Coimbatore location.

Reporting to Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• The Support Engineer is the Second level of support and is responsible for engineering and maintenance of base build, virus protection, patch management, SW distribution, HW integration and all issues regarding the relevant infrastructure (Primary  skills: Windows, cloud technology &  VMWare,  Secondary Skills: Linux ).
• The Engineer will be expected to manage, maintain, support and escalate any related issue which is found to be attributed to the Base build infrastructure and its components or other technologies which this group is responsible for.
• Works independently towards providing support for escalated incident/problem management requirements (L2 support).The Engineer will be required to liaise and work with other Global engineering teams, ensuring the highest level of output capable for the Engineering team.
• Resolves at least 100% of calls routed to him/her, without having to dispatch to service partners. In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting scripts and knowledge of server topologies/configurations.
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Windows, VMware &  AD Infrastucture. Exposure to RedHat Linux environment would be added value.
• Should be flexible to work in shift and willing to support America sites in India Night shifts (All 5 days Monday - Friday).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Any graduate with min 6-8Yrs of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong administrative skill on Windows 2016/2019 & VMWare Administration.
• Knowledge on Active Directory Services - DNS Zones, Replications.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools
• Understanding of TCP/IP is a must.
• Should have worked in heterogeneous environment ;- Windows and Linux/Unix mixed environment
• Network Operations and Network Security - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routing.
• System Performance Management – Fine tuning of Windows Operating System
• Should Have Good Exposure RAID (H/W & S/W)
• Exposure to VMWare or Virtual Server
• Should have Hands on experience on Remote Monitoring both Hardware and Operating Systems
• Monitors production systems and provides 24x7 support for production related issues. This may include the maintenance of the application itself or the correction of damaged/corrupted data within the file structures.
• Continually analyzes the application using debugging tools, error logs, scripts and backup reports in order to optimize performance.
• Knowledge on REdHat Linux administration
• Knowledge of hardware platforms like HP (Proliant servers) and Dell (PowerEdge series) is also an added value
• Works with the US Team for monthly Data Center shut down activities.
• Work with Azure Cloud to Migrate applications\servers and maintain cloud services.
• Should be flexible to work in India Night shifts completely all 5 days (Monday - Friday).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
